Shipping

UNITED STATES:

All orders are processed and shipped from our Los Angeles studio within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, continental domestic orders may take 3–4 days to arrive, dependent on location. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as the order is processed, not shipped. Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer. Be aware, ship time does not include in–studio processing. 

Boy Smells prefers USPS Priority shipping (Estimated 3–4 days) for our domestic USA customers, but use Fedex Ground in some instances. There are two ways we ship:

  1. Purchases less than $65.00 will receive a $6.95 USPS Priority shipping rate–insurance and signature confirmation are available by request.

  2. Purchases greater than $65.00 are automatically shipping as USPS Priority–insurance and signature confirmation are available by request. Please email if you want the insurance/signature option before checking out. You know this as FREE shipping. Side note–orders roughly over $120 are automatically shipped via Fedex Ground. Still FREE shipping.

CANADA:

Boy Smells prefers USPS/Canadian Post Priority shipping (Estimated 15-20 days) for our Canadian customers. Ship costs can be found at checkout.

1. Depending on the weight and dimensions of your order, ship costs will vary and start around $14.50. Insurance and signature confirmation are available by request. Please email if you want the insurance/signature option before checking out. 

For international customers, we regret that we do not offer shipping directly through our e–commerce site. If you'd like to make a purchase, please email query@boysmells.com and we can arrange shipment outside of the site. International shipment rates will be determined based on delivery address. We will be sure to ask for your local phone number when placing your order so that we may ship it out as soon as possible - many local delivering carriers require this.

Another note–once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages. We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout.

 

RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused, or unworn condition along with all packaging.

Please email query@boysmells.com within 10 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that your item is returned within 10 days of receiving your RA#.  Please note that all returns that do not meet the 10 day requirement for requesting a RA# will only be considered for online store credit/exchange and no refund will be given. Upon receiving your RA#, you have 10 days to ship your return.

If you decide to return an item(s) to Boy Smells, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Boy Smells. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. If the item(s) are returned for an exchange, we will provide a return shipping label to you at no charge.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

Items that appear used or worn upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
